Paul Daniells - Professional Ballroom Dancer

International style Ballroom Dancing has two sections: Standard or Modern Ballroom Dance, plus Latin American Dancing. Competitively this is referred to as DanceSport. Renewed interest in Ballroom Dancing has recently been driven by the worldwide TV coverage of Dancing with the Stars - a TV show that teams professional dancers with celebrities.

Paul Daniells has been dancing since 7 years old (that's more than 40 years now !) taking medal examinations, entering dancesport competitions in England and throughout the world, then turning professional to take my qualifications (IDTA & UKA), demonstrate, lecture and teach. After a break from demonstrating of almost 15 years, Paul is very excited to be back on the floor performing with his new partner, Cheri Mahovsky. You can find out about Cheri at MyDanceHeaven.com. Paul's background is international style strictly ballroom, whereas Cheri has a background in American style smooth and Latin rythms, plus theatre arts. Together they have created a fusion ballroom showdance style and are now available for demonstrations and teaching.
